Coldwell Banker Home Protection Plan

When you are trying to sell your home, you need to make it stand out from the rest, and in today's market that can be extremely difficult, many homes have their competition only a few doors away from them. 

It is a buyers market, so the best thing you can do is help the buyers! The Coldwell Banker Protection Plan, is one of the best tools you could possibly have.  It is not often that someone turns down a warranty, and why would they when it is at no cost to them!

The best part of this is it gives you options, and my sellers are able to use the warranty for themselves as well.   Once you have signed up for the plan, you as the homeowner are able to start using this as well immediately, but you do not pay for the warranty until your home goes to closing! If you use it but your home does not sell, the plan still costs you nothing!

This is a great way to get your home noticed, I have them on many of my listings because it really is a wonderful tool, and it will only cost you once you have someone who is buying your home.  It also has some great options for the buyers, they can add on coverage if they choose to, since AHS has offered different levels of warranty this is something that at no cost to the seller the buyer can purchase additional coverage.
